about
“Dispersae et Tormentvm” leaves no room for breath. Ultraheavy midtempo-parts alternate with bestial blast-passages, and together they create a menacing and dark mood. This album will find its way in to the collections of maniacs and won’t be the typical addition, collecting dust on the shelf. We are sure about that.
The debut of this Chilean quartet was recorded during the time from July to October 2015 in the local JB Studio. Rafael Fuentes was responsible for the mixing and mastering; the coherent artwork was created by the tattoo-artist Maurice Bonacic. “Dispersae et Tormentvm” will be released on CD including a 4-page booklet in the shape of two heavy vinyl editions and as a digital download.

This could be described as Blut Aus Nord done the right way. Anyone who appreciates the pursuit of introspection of BAN but thinks that its dissonant and "deconstructionist" take hinders from achieving the goal entirely, ending up in something too brainy, anyone sharing this view may receive this album as a more convincing and straightforward attempt in a similar direction. Spire's Entropy expresses the Void, which unmakes self and cosmos, as a dimension of majesty and meditation.
