coming soon...After an extended hiatus, Moozzhead re-entered the Finnish Noise scene some years ago and instantly proved that he is one of the best of his trade. But this should not be news to anyone. With „Intoxicating Femininity“, Dunkelheit presents yet another great tape by this great artist.
Muffled Fuzz, great modulation, lines of swirling feedback – it's all there! The four compositions run for about 5 minutes each, granting them the perfect opportunity to pack all the power and variation the fan craves without overstaying their welcome. There is a certain type of brutish nastiness to be found in the tracks that really suits Moozhead's trademark style of Euronoise bliss, making for an experience that could be described as a mixture between the mid-era the Rita recordings and the best entries of Treriksröset of Sewer Election performed in traditional Finnish no-bullshit style.
Once again, Mr. Moozz conjures up feelings of old school sleaze and masturbatory cinephile antics with titles such as „High Heel Boot Camp“or „Mounds of Might“. Do we want it any other way? No, we don't. So without further ado: get „Intoxicating Femininity“ before it is too late.
